Laws of Biology vs no Laws of Physics (2)

Courses in quantitative and qualitative analysis underlie the training that medical laboratory scientists use to understand RNA editing. Troubleshooting the analyses is essential, especially when what they sequence is not what they get. RNA editing is quantized energy-dependent. The first aspect of trouble-shooting any test procedure is the elimination of ridiculous theories.
Medical laboratory scientists must use Laws of Biology (“conditions of life”) to ensure they report accurate results. Conditions of life and RNA editing are quantized energy-dependent. Differences in the energy of two photons have been linked from hydrogen-atom transfer in DNA base pairs in solution to all changes in pH-dependent life.
RNA editing: when what you se(quence) isn’t what you get

…missense mutations (substitution of one amino acid for another), nonsense mutations (substitution of an amino acid for a STOP codon), or STOP suppressions (substitution of a STOP condon for a sense codon, leading to a product with some random C terminal tail). Each of these can of course be deleterious, but in other instances, proper functional translation of the gene may require the RNA editing event.

The virus-driven theft of quantized energy links mutations from the degradation of messenger RNA to all pathology via changes in the microRNA/messenger RNA balance.

The number of publications that mention microRNA has increased and been maintained at a level of more than 10,000 per year since 2015. Another tipping point is in sight. The total number should be 74,000 sometime next week.
See: The tipping point (revisited): 73,000 publications
All courses in quantitative and qualitative analysis directly or indirectly link the creation of quantized energy from energy-dependent changes in angstroms to ecosystems via the creation of microRNAs and RNA editing events.
See for examples: Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems
The EDAR V370A substitution links the pheromone controlled stability of the organized genome of mice to the organized genome of human populations in Central China.
That fact has been placed back into the context of human evolution in Environmental selection during the last ice age on the mother-to-infant transmission of vitamin D and fatty acids through breast milk.

The frequency of the human-specific EDAR V370A allele appears to be uniquely elevated in North and East Asian and New World populations due to a bout of positive selection likely to have occurred circa 20,000 y ago.

Quantized energy-dependent microRNA biosynthesis links all the quantitative and qualitative measures I used in the context of my experience as a medical laboratory scientist to differences in the potential of hydrogen (pH). The differences in pH link the creation of the sun’s anti-entropic virucidal energy from photosynthesis to biophysically constrained viral latency via the creation of ATP synthase, the creation of ATP, and the creation of RNA.
For a historical perspective see: What is Life? (1944)

Indeed, in the case of higher animals we know the kind of orderliness they feed upon well enough, viz. the extremely well-ordered state of matter in more or less complicated organic compounds, which serve them as foodstuffs. After utilizing it they return it in a very much degraded form -not entirely degraded, however, for plants can still make use of it. (These, of course, have their most power supply of ‘negative entropy’ the sunlight.)

Twenty years later: Dependence of RNA synthesis in isolated thymus nuclei on glycolysis, oxidative carbohydrate catabolism and a type of “oxidative phosphorylation” (1964)

The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.

A board game taking place inside a human cell! Players compete to build enzymes, hormones and receptors and fend off attacking Viruses!

Looking forward: Subatomic

Each player starts with the same small deck of cards that consist of proton, neutron, and electron cards. They use these cards to build upon their current atom (by playing these cards face-up as subatomic particles) in an attempt to construct one of the available element cards.

The future of biology will link the laws of physics from the basic principles of chemistry to the laws of biology in the context of Darwin’s “conditions of life.” Biologically uninformed theorists have no future.
