The most recent addition to the 124,062 indexed published works that mention ‘microRNA’ is A paradigm shift in cell-free approach: the emerging role of MSCs-derived exosomes in regenerative medicine

For background on this paradigm shift, see the following works: US Air Force Studying Impact of Exome Sequencing in Routine Care 10/19/17

The special considerations around fitness for duty and privacy make this a particularly challenging study to design and implement, but also an extremely important domain in which to gather empirical data around benefits and risks.

On 7/7/21, researchers from China and the USA published: A dual-luciferase reporter system for characterization of small RNA target genes in both mammalian and insect cells

They linked the light-activated assembly of the microRNA-RNA-peptide nanocomplex to biophysically constrained viral latency and healthy longevity via pheromone-regulated genetic processes of reproduction in species from insects to primates and the claims from MicroRNAs organize intrinsic variation into stem cell states, which linked quantum coherence to coherently organized biology.

…naturally arising cell-to-cell variation, sometimes described as stochastic fluctuation, is in fact coherently organized biology.

Announcements linked to publication of Mitochondrial-derived vesicles compensate for loss of LC3-mediated mitophagy 6/24/21 and to Developmental Consequences of Defective ATG7-Mediated Autophagy in Humans 6/24/21 claim that this is groundbreaking work.

I responded to the announcements with this comment: “Energy-dependent autophagy was linked to the ATP-dependent microRNA-mediated peptide synthesis at the origin of life and the creation of RNA in 1964.

I provided the link to Dependence of RNA synthesis in isolated thymus nuclei on glycolysis, oxidative carbohydrate catabolism and a type of “oxidative phosphorylation” (1964)

The synthesis of RNA in isolated thymus nuclei is ATP dependent.

Then I read that: Cells have evolved highly regulated and complex mechanisms to maintain mitochondrial homeostasis involving mitochondrial biogenesis, dynamics, and turnover.

Virus-driven energy theft causes defective autophagy. The facts have been linked from Eukaryotic plankton diversity in the sunlit ocean 5/22/15 to global biogeochemical cycles of protein biosynthesis and degradation in  Virus-mediated archaeal hecatomb in the deep seafloor 10/12/16

No intelligent serious scientist has ever supported the claim that Cells have evolved highly regulated and complex mechanisms.

Instead, former President Donald J. Trump established the fact that microRNA-mediated cell type differentiation is pH dependent via his claim that sunlight and humidity weakend COVID-19.

Some people do not recognize that pH stands for the potential of hydrogen, which has been linked from God’s Creation of sunlight and humidity and hydrogen-atom transfer in DNA base pairs in solution to biophysically constrained viral latency and protonated RNA interference (RNAi).

Protonated RNAi protects organized genomes from the virus-driven degradation of messenger RNA (mRNA) because most organisms are not stupid enough to allow injection of synthetic mRNA.
