Cryptic promoters, cryptic transciption, and magic traits are not discussed by intelligent serious scientists in the context of energy-dependent autophagy, which requires dynamic changes that including opening and closing of the nucleosome to enhance transcription elongation and fidelity.
Intelligent serious scientists recognize the fact that claims about internal cryptic promoters within gene bodies are claims about the energy-dependent Creation of pH-dependent endogenous substrates that biophysically constrain cell type differentiation across kingdoms in the context of viral replication via autophagy.
