Ecological adaptation vs neo-Darwinian nonsense (1)

By: James V. Kohl | Published on: February 14, 2019

Two publications on the day after ‘Darwin Day 2019’ suggest that neo-Darwinian theorists are horribly confused. Perhaps they are beyond help. It has been 160 years since Darwin first placed his conditions of life into the context of “Laws of Biology” that dictate the species use energy to reproduce and adapt to changes in their ecological landscape.
But see: Probing pathways of adaptation with continuous evolution (2/13/19)
These researchers do not know the difference between their non-existent continuous evolution system for comparison to the molecular mechanisms of biophysically constrained viral latency and ecological adaptations.
Ecological adaptations are energy-dependent. The energy comes from sunlight, directly or indirectly.
The virus-driven theft of energy causes all diseases.

…new models will be required to explain the unexpectedly low VMR in the gut, as well as the unusually high temporal stability and low mutational rates of bacteriophage populations. The ability of bacterial populations in the gut to stably co-exist with high titers of virulent phages also needs further investigation.

The light-activated assembly of the nucleic acid-microRNA-peptide nanocomplex, which consists of two or more amino acids, has been linked from the energy-dependent fixation of amino acid substitutions to biophysically constrained viral latency. Viral latency is referred to above as “The ability of bacterial populations in the gut to stably co-exist with high titers of virulent phages…”
Phages are bacteriophages, which are viruses in bacteria. Stable co-existance prevents all pathology, and it has been linked to the effective treatment or the cure for all pathology.

The ability of different peptides to inhibit autophosphorylation of EGFR is presented by the decrease of the fluorescent signal (Y axis).

This is the only existing model of stable co-existance. Nutrient-dependent Pheromone-Controlled Ecological Adaptations: From Angstroms to Ecosystems
Claims that a new model is required to explain biophysically constrained viral latency across kingdoms should be examined in the context of the extant literature and presentations such as this one:

Alternatively, claims about the light-activated assembly of the nucleic acid-microRNA-peptide nanocomplex can be examined by  ages 10+ via game play of: Subatomic: An Atom-Building Board Game and Cytosis: A Cell Biology Board Game
