RNA-mediated programming of E.coli

Excerpt:

Certain strains of bacteria thrive in low-oxygen environments such as tumors, and suppression of the host’s immune system also creates favorable conditions for bacteria to flourish.

My comment: The differences in the strains are nutrient-dependent and pheromone-controlled, which links them from RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions to all biodiversity in the context of the innate immune system and supercoiled DNA, which protects all organized genomes from virus-driven entropy.
