Did Dobzhansky see the UV light of creation?

My comment: Does this remind anyone else of a one-sided nonorientable surface obtained by cutting a closed band into a single strip with linked ends that can be used to represent infinity or eternity?
If so, do you think it could be used to represent the complexity of an atoms to ecosystems model of biologically-based top down causation from the sun’s virucidal anti-entropic force to the biophysically constrained chemistry of RNA-mediated protein folding, which links microRNAs and adhesion proteins to supercoiled DNA that protect organized genomes from virus-driven genomic entropy?
If not, could it be placed into the context of neo-Darwinian evolution by a serious scientist?

My comment: If an ant were to crawl along the length of this strip, it would return to its starting point having traversed the entire length of the strip (on both sides of the original paper) without ever crossing an edge. Could the nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled RNA-mediated chemistry of biophysically constrained protein folding be linked from the analemma to this strip without first considering Darwin’s “conditions of life.”

If not, could the ant’s behavior, or the behavior of any species still be placed into the context of creation or infinity or eternity by any serious scientist who knew how to link atoms to ecosystems?

The presentation I saw was made at least a decade ago.

Communication with light is obviously linked to nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled reproduction in ants, which is why the conference featured someone from outside the field as a keynote speaker. It was the Association for Chemoreception Sciences (AChemS), and my colleagues have since dismissed evidence of human pheromones and all other evidence that links quantum physics to quantum chemistry and quantum biology to quantum consciousness. I think they may not want to consider the details that serious scientists have provided on Hydrogen-Atom Transfer in DNA Base Pairs.

Unfortuntely, AChemS have probably by now fallen at least two decades behind the experimental evidence that links the speed of light on contact with water to nutrient-dependent RNA-mediate cell type differentiation in species from microbes to humans.

My comment: Does UV absorbance link the conjugated pentaene moiety to morphological changes in color via the virucidal effects of the sun’s biological energy?
Is this an acceptable representation of biologically-based cause and effect for comparison?

My comment: When I see the claim that most biologists agree that something happened two billion years ago, I wonder if any of those who agree are biologically uninformed. Nearly all the molecular biologists I know have linked experimental evidence of biologically-based cause and effect from atoms to ecosystems in all living genera via RNA-mediated events. The gene-centric pseudoscientific nonsense about “…studying the DNA sequence of modern organisms and trying to piece it together” to fit something happened two billion years ago began to fall out of favor as soon when intelligent researchers realized that the Watson and Crick model of a static DNA double helix was absurdly simplistic.
It takes a huge leap of faith to continue to believe in gene-centric models of something that happened two billion years ago given what is known to serious scientists about the how the dynamic structure of DNA links ecological variation to ecological adaptation in all living genera.

Evolutionary biologists claim natural selection occurs in the context of “jump-like” energy changes that de Vries called mutations in 1904. I don’t know of any evidence that links the mutations to the creation of new genes, which is required to link mutations to the evolution of increasing organismal complexity. For contrast, I do know of experimental evidence that links the sun’s biological/virucidal energy to RNA-mediated cell type differentiation. More of it is published every week. I will take a leap of faith to jump across the energy levels that link the speed of light on contact with water to RNA-mediated cell type differentiation before any more information is published.

My comment: They explain the physical constraints of a “…process originally thought to be hostile to photonic components.” For instance, even after they got the light onto the chip, they “…needed to find a way to control it so that it can carry bits of data.” They needed to modulate the flow of data/information contained in the fast and low-energy of light, via use of germanium instead of water that slows the speed of light on contact in whatever vessel contains the water.

SARCASM ALERT: They could not use water in geraniums or other flowers. That use would be based on the existing design that enables the sun’s biological energy to modulate the energy of all cell types in all individuals of all living genera in the context of their biophysically constrained nutrient-dependent supercoiled DNA that protects their organized genomes from virus-driven entropy. Someone else already used that design, so these researchers could not claim to be the first to do so.

My comment: The classic answer is that nutrient-dependent microRNAs biophysically constrain RNA-mediated protein folding in the context of the physiology of reproduction that enables fixation of amino acid substitutions in supercoiled DNA, which stabilizes organized genomes and protects all living genera from virus-driven entropy.
That classic answer was provided in our section on molecular epigenetics in the context of our 1996 Hormones and Behavior review. Many researchers did not like the answer because two of the people it came from were from outside academia. That’s embarrassing, but it will be more embarrassing to them after the next AAAS meeting in February and Pittcon Conference & Expo in March. I say that because neo-Darwinism has been replaced by what is known about how ecological variation is linked to ecological adaptations. Serious scientist are presenting models that link atoms to ecosystems via nutrient energy-dependent base pair substitutions and RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions. No pseudoscientists can be found at AAAS meetings. No one there will be linking de Vries definition of “mutation” to evolution via sudden energy jumps and natural selection. Serious scientists understand the fact that they must link physics to chemistry and biology via behavior.

My comment: A link to quantum behavior that starts with viruses makes it appear that someone else is very close to recognizing the role that viruses play in linking quantum physics to energy-dependent RNA-mediated protein folding chemistry and cell type differentiation? If so, what are they waiting to tell us? What are they reading in the waiting room?
It doesn’t take very long to scan articles like these to see if they fit into the context of neo-Darwinian theory or into the context of models that link atoms to ecosystems.

My comment: If base pairing protects DNA from UV damage, RNA-mediated events can easily be used to link amino acid substitutions to the stability of organized genomes. For example, in Escape from Lethal Bacterial Competition through Coupled Activation of Antibiotic Resistance and a Mobilized Subpopulation, the authors linked the virucidal speed of UV light from the nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated physiology of pheromone-controlled reproduction in an ecological niche with two competing species. They reported their results in the context of mutations linked to antibiotic resistance as if they believe in the pseudoscientific nonsense about evolution touted by Richard Lenski.
What about DNA repair, you ask? Welcome to an example of the ignorance displayed by another generation of biologically uninformed theorists who cannot link atoms to ecosystems in all living genera by what is known to serious scientists. Simply put, antibiotic resistance is a nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated ecological adaptation that occurs in the context of the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction in all living genera.
Viruses cause mutations that prevent the required links from metabolic and genetic networks to supercoiled DNA in the organized genomes of ecologically adapted species. Someone I know seems to be very close to reporting which specific virus in a species of bacteria causes accumulated mutations that lead to loss of function. But other researchers, like Lenski, are reporting gain of function mutations. There is no such thing.
Mutations perturb protein folding, which is why the energy theft by viruses is linked to pathology, not to the evolution of new species — except by biologically uninformed theorists.

The facts that link experimental evidence to what we detailed in the context of our 1996 Hormones and Behavior review in our section on molecular epigenetics. All representations of virus-driven pathology link nature and nurture to healthy longevity or to virus-driven pathology associated with the choices made by individuals, not by mutations unless inappropriate choices have been made in the past that are linked across generations to the need to make better choices or become extinct due to virus-driven genomic entropy.
So far, because of our poor choices, it appears that the viruses will win the battle for Hydrogen-Atom Transfer in DNA Base Pairs and neo-Darwinian evolutionary theory will kill us all. Neo-Darwinian theorists failed to grasp the wonder of a living cell, and they are not likely to try.

Do you think that Dobzhansky knew how to link the light of evolution to the strings of amino acids? Was he just speculating or did he know that sunlight must be linked to the nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated cell type differentiation of all cell types in all individuals of all living genera when he wrote: Nothing in Biology Makes Any Sense Except in the Light of Evolution.
Here are two clues to what Dobzhansky knew about the light of evolution.

For example, the so-called alpha chains of hemoglobin have identical sequences of amino acids in man and the chimpanzee, but they differ in a single amino acid (out of 141) in the gorilla. ( p. 127)

It is wrong to hold creation and evolution as mutually exclusive alternatives. I am a creationist and an evolutionist. Evolution is God’s, or Nature’s, method of Creation. Creation is not an event that happened in 4004 B.C.; it is a process that began some 10 billion years ago and is still under way.

My comment: No one knows what began 10 billion years ago. Dobzhansky must have been joking. Ecological variation has since been linked from the speed of light to nutrient-dependent RNA-mediated DNA repair in all living genera via the conserved molecular mechanisms that link amino acid substitutions to cell type differentiation in all cell types of all individuals of all living genera. Clearly, whether or not he knew it, Dobzhansky’s light of evolution is the sunlight that links ecological variation to ecological adaptation and all biodiversity.
