“Shown is the location of the conserved regions encoding for the N-terminal chromo domain and the C-terminal MYST functional domain. An arrow denotes the position site of amino acid substitution E431Q.”

Microarray Analysis Uncovers a Role for Tip60 in Nervous System Function and General Metabolism

My comment: The article links a nutrient-dependent amino acid substitution via changes in metabolism to cell type differentiation, multicellularity, and brain development in Drosophila. It suggests the substitution is fixed by the model organism’s pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction.
Excerpt: “…specific deregulation of histone H4 lysine 12 (H4K12) acetylation that corresponds with the misregulation of hippocampal gene expression profiles associated with learning and memory…” in the mouse model.
My comment: The mouse model links nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled amino acid substitutions and their fixation to cell type differentiation from disruptions to neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer‘s.
That fact explains more than 18 years of delays in scientific progress towards understanding neurodegenerative diseases. The delays have been caused by the pseudoscientific nonsense of evolutionary theories. The theories are taught to students who typically begin to believe that mutations and natural selection are the cause of human brain development and neurodegenerative diseases.
Students who would like to someday become serious scientists are overwhelmed by professors who continue to tell them that there is proof of evolution. The students are forced to become pseudoscientists who tout the nonsense they were taught to believe in.
Do you remember what you were taught to believe in when you were taught evolutionary biology? If not, too bad. You’re probably a victim of academia who is suffering from cognitive decline attributed to evolutionary theory. If you can remember to do so, try to save your children and grandchildren from a similar fate. Tell them, “Don’t trust pseudoscientists who can’t describe a biologically-based evolutionary event!”
Genome Dynamics Events (GDE) involve RNA-directed DNA methylation and RNA-mediated amino acid substitutions that typically stabilize DNA in healthy organisms.
